BuyAnyRV sells used travel trailers and fifth wheels in Princeton, Texas, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It sells its own units and takes units on consignment for owners who would rather not sell privately.
A sales lot looks simple from the road. Behind the counter it is a chain of handoffs: a unit comes in, gets photographed and priced, goes on the website, draws a lead, becomes a deal, gets signed, and the money has to land in the books. Every one of those handoffs used to be a place for a re-type or a dropped ball.

The public site reads its listings from that same inventory, so the lot and the website cannot disagree.
A deal is written against the unit and the customer already on file, and the buyers order prints from it.
A consigned unit is tracked from intake through settlement with its owner.
