We Run On It · Temporary Housing

A nationwide housing operation, run on one system.

1st Choice Living is one of our own companies. It is a different industry from an RV lot, and it runs on the same architecture.

The business

1st Choice Living provides onsite temporary housing for insurance claims, workforce and disaster response. It sets up furnished travel trailers where they are needed, nationwide, and has been in business since 2004.

This is the business that proves the system is not just dealer software. There is no showroom and no service bay. There is a request for housing, a lease, a household living in the unit, and a bill that has to go to the right party. The work is spread across states, so nothing can depend on who happens to be in the office.

What runs on the system

Leads

A housing request from the website arrives as a record and is worked from there.

Leases

The lease is created from the same record, not typed again into a separate document.

Tenant portals

The people living in the unit have their own portal for their stay.

Billing

Billing runs from the lease, so what was agreed and what is invoiced come from one place.

What one record changes

The same system, shaped to you

What runs 1st Choice Living is the platform we would shape to your business. It starts with discovery, where we map how your work moves today, and the case for it is simple: one system, fewer seams.

Common Questions

Asked and answered.

Is 1st Choice Living a client or your own company?

It is our own company. We own and operate 1st Choice Living, and its operation runs on the system every day.

How can one system run an RV lot and a housing company?

The industries differ but the seams match: a lead, an agreement, a job or a stay, and a bill. The system is shaped to each business during the engagement, which is why discovery comes first.

My business is not in housing or RVs. Does this still apply?

That is the reason this page exists. If the same architecture can run businesses this different, the question for yours is fit, and the discovery call is where we find that out together.
